** Standard 1-Year Warranty means return unit to NitroAV for service.

If the Stardom SR3610 is used in a mission critical application, be sure to order the 'Premium Service' option or at least a Extended Standard Warranty (2-Years). Advance replacements for hard drives, trays and complete RAID systems are only available if you purchase a 'Premium Service' package. If you have standard warranty that mean you have to return the unit for repair and wait for the repair. Once again, Advance Replacements are not offered/available when Stardom SR3610 are purchased with a standard warranty.

This Premium Service Agreement is designed for those who, for various and many reasons, may not be able to operate within the realm of normal RMA procedures or simply wish to have the peace of mind that 'Premium Services' is available. Standard warranty is returning the Stardom SR3610 to NitroAV for service and normal turn around time is 24 to 72 hours.
